I am very satisfied with the service provided and the sales experience. The sales person was very polite and informative and made the entire process easy to complete.

Work was done in a timely manner. My almost 7yr old truck is running and shifting great. Lexi Sarang my service rep was through and followed up fast with any concerns. Bill service manager was friendly and on top of service dept.

My last visit was to have a tail light bulb replaced, they took me in very quickly which was good for safety reasons driving here, very efficient and Cary Sweet, My representative was extremely helpful.

My car was serviced within 48 hours, and they did provide me with a loaner car which was quite acceptable. They kept in communication with me at all times. And the job was completed well.

The service team was great! And Lexi went above and beyond to help with my service contracts, and getting the factory parts! Very much appreciate all the efforts, the great work, and the fabulous customer service!

My wife and I went to look at a vehicle 30 minutes prior to closing. We met Nate and he was very pleasant even though it was almost closing time. They stayed late and worked an awesome deal for us! Ask for service consultant Savannah Schnake she was awesome. Just went for oil change a few other things were found I was not happy she sat with me explained why they should be done had picture to show me and then when she wrote up found a $40 coupon which really helped my budget. Lexi Sarang in service is a rock star, kept me up to date on my repairs and made things as easy as it could be.

Nate did an amazing job helping me find a car. My terrain was totaled in an accident and he helped me find a new terrain that was affordable, without losing the features I had on my previous terrain but also gaining some newer features. He was really patient and kept looking until we found the right one! Melonie in the finance department was also amazing! I would definitely recommend the Tasca Palm Harbor dealership, the staff is great!!
