They were a little lacking on keeping that my car was being kept overnight but was made up for the following day making sure my car was fixed properly. The technician and service manager were friendly to my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the service provided.

Friendly, knowledgeable, service completed promptly and as promised. We got a full detailed explanation about what would be needed and done, as well was what would be covered by warranty. Mark was personable and knew his stuff. I love my Buick and I trust the folks at Tasca .

Service Consultant Lexi was professional and thorough. She followed up promptly and did an awesome job of dealing with the warranty company that I have coverage for on my truck. Lexi communicated the issues with my truck very clearly and provided a detailed explanation of what the warranty company would cover. The service was excellent and my truck was repaired much sooner than I expected. I highly recommend TASCA GMC service.

My salesman Andy Zahara was excellent, very pleasant and helpful in finding a vehicle that was right for me. He deserves 5 stars. Disappointed with the finance personnel. Did not explain all aspects of added plans for tires, windshield protection and extended warranty. I had to call back to get an explanation. Also didn’t receive from her any pamphlets or disclosures on what is covered with the additions. My wife and I were distracted by the presence of her dog, jumping on us and the desk, barking for treats etc. My name was misspelled on all documents and had to have them all corrected. I’m my opinion it is Not a place for pet presence when customers are trying to finalize a major purchase. Unprofessional. This is the reason I gave the survey only 3 stars. Joseph Magaddino

Fast service big job done in 4 days no problems plenty of communication and no complaints

I called Friday afternoon, wanting an early morning appointment for Saturday morning before work. I spoke with Bill, who was very pleasant and helpful. He assured me that he could get me in and out before my work shift started. Dennis greeted me upon arrival on Saturday morning, very welcoming! As promised, I was in and out and had 30 mins to spare before my work shift started. Bill and Dennis were great! I usually use Tasca GMC in Clearwater but I will continue to do business with the Palm Harbor location. I appreciate them being so accommodating! Thank you Dennis and Bill

This last time that I was here, the big wigs, We’re there meaning one of the owners I even met him what should have taken me no longer than maybe three or four hours turned into almost 8 hours because I had an entourage of a lot of the employees from finance manager service manager, sales managers, and even people off the street that were in there we had like a little impromptu party so much fun and relaxing, but business was done without a blemish! there are a few names that I can mention that I look forward to seeing and doing business with them again their names are Mark Andy Billy Rich Nick Just a name a few I am not good with names, but I am with the faces and they all had smiles from ear to ear, and by the time I left from laughing so hard we all had tears coming down our eyes such a memorable day!
