⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely fantastic car-buying experience at Tasca Buick GMC Palm Harbor! From start to finish, the entire process was professional, transparent, and honestly one of the easiest vehicle purchases I’ve ever experienced. I recently purchased a 2026 Buick Envista, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! I want to give a special thank-you to Orges, my salesperson, who was incredible to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. He took the time to show me the Envista, answer all of my questions, and make sure I was comfortable with my decision. I never felt pressured or rushed, and that kind of customer service really makes a difference when purchasing a vehicle. One thing that really stood out to me was the trade-in value they were able to offer me. I was extremely impressed with the appraisal and the value they were willing to give me for my current vehicle. However, after thinking it over, I realized I simply wasn’t ready to give up my current vehicle. Instead of trading it in, I decided to keep my current vehicle and add the new 2026 Buick Envista to my garage as a second vehicle. That says a lot about how much I loved the Envista and how confident I felt about the purchase — I wanted to keep the vehicle I already had and add another one that I genuinely loved! I also want to recognize Brian, the Sales Manager, for making sure everything went smoothly and for being involved throughout the process. He was professional, approachable, and made me feel confident that I was being taken care of. And a huge thank-you to Melonie, the Finance Manager, for making the finance portion of the purchase simple and easy to understand. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and make sure I was comfortable before signing anything. The transparency throughout the entire financing and car-buying process was greatly appreciated. Spent about 5 hours with Tim, told him exactly what I wanted, test drove several cars and found exactly what I was looking for. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. My only complaint was the amount of time I had to wait for the finance person.

They were a little lacking on keeping that my car was being kept overnight but was made up for the following day making sure my car was fixed properly. The technician and service manager were friendly to my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the service provided.

Friendly, knowledgeable, service completed promptly and as promised. We got a full detailed explanation about what would be needed and done, as well was what would be covered by warranty. Mark was personable and knew his stuff. I love my Buick and I trust the folks at Tasca .

Service Consultant Lexi was professional and thorough. She followed up promptly and did an awesome job of dealing with the warranty company that I have coverage for on my truck. Lexi communicated the issues with my truck very clearly and provided a detailed explanation of what the warranty company would cover. The service was excellent and my truck was repaired much sooner than I expected. I highly recommend TASCA GMC service.

My salesman Andy Zahara was excellent, very pleasant and helpful in finding a vehicle that was right for me. He deserves 5 stars. Disappointed with the finance personnel. Did not explain all aspects of added plans for tires, windshield protection and extended warranty. I had to call back to get an explanation. Also didn’t receive from her any pamphlets or disclosures on what is covered with the additions. My wife and I were distracted by the presence of her dog, jumping on us and the desk, barking for treats etc. My name was misspelled on all documents and had to have them all corrected. I’m my opinion it is Not a place for pet presence when customers are trying to finalize a major purchase. Unprofessional. This is the reason I gave the survey only 3 stars. Joseph Magaddino
