Went in for an oil change/tire rotation. The service consultant (Dennis) was very helpful in finding me all the savings programs I was qualified for and also got my software updates that were missing installed for me. I have always found the employees there friendly and helpful and the facility clean and comfortable.

Terrible.
Terrible. Took advantage of my 90 year old father and a 30+ year employee of GMC. They conveniently forgot his GMC discount but conveniently remembered to add a couple thousand in additional maintenance and warranty items. When called on the issue…they told him it was too late. Since the Norris family sold this dealership it has gone down hill. Our family had purchased at least 5 vehicles from them over the years.

Back in September 2025, I met Andy at Tasca in Palm
Back in September 2025, I met Andy at Tasca in Palm Harbor. He was friendly, attentive, and gave me all the information I needed. He kept checking in with me - but not aggressively, and when I was finally ready to buy, he was ready as well. I had basically a custom order car that was on a boat and he kept in touch with the progress of the delivery. At the dealership, he kept the process going; friendly and helpful. Would definitely work with him again. This was my second time buying from Tasca, and the whole staff there is wonderful. Also enjoyed working with Melonie again, this time with her puppy Bandit. It's people like them that will keep me coming back again and again.

He was very respectful, took the time to listen to what type of vehicle I was interested in, and showed me vehicles that I might be interested in. I was pleasantly surprised at this positive experience at a dealership. He did not bombard me with nonsense, resulting in a win-win experience for us both. I purchased a vehicle from him. I have probably purchase closed to 20-25 cars / trucks in my lifetime and this by far was the best and easiest experience I have ever had. Nate’s approach is an awesome consultative approach that really helped me understand the value and features / benefits of GMC. Specifically with the truck I was looking for the Sierra 1500. There was no pressure from Nate or the entire team at Tasca GMC. There was none of the normal “haggling” or games I have also experienced with dealers in the past and wow what pleasure it was. Huge thanks to Nate and the Tasca team and I absolutely love my new truck!!
