Went in for an oil change/tire rotation. The service consultant (Dennis) was very helpful in finding me all the savings programs I was qualified for and also got my software updates that were missing installed for me. Superb experience! Mike who was our Service Technician and SME with a lot of experience in Auto Mechanical and Electrical Systems is a Master at troubleshooting and identifying the real problem not just what a website or book says. Everything was great. From the moment we walked in to our sales guy. Worked with us and got us what we needed.
My car had been repaired and painted from an accident 5 years ago. I spotted a small blemish in the paint and they honored their guarantee! My car was repainted and now looks great. Took a few days longer than I had hoped, but very happy with the result.
Friendly service department, very punctual for appointments and minimal waiting time. We will be back for our next service.
I am very satisfied with the service provided and the sales experience. The sales person was very polite and informative and made the entire process easy to complete.
Work was done in a timely manner. My almost 7yr old truck is running and shifting great. Lexi Sarang my service rep was through and followed up fast with any concerns. Bill service manager was friendly and on top of service dept.
My last visit was to have a tail light bulb replaced, they took me in very quickly which was good for safety reasons driving here, very efficient and Cary Sweet, My representative was extremely helpful.
My car was serviced within 48 hours, and they did provide me with a loaner car which was quite acceptable. They kept in communication with me at all times. And the job was completed well.
My wife and I went to look at a vehicle 30 minutes prior to closing. We met Nate and he was very pleasant even though it was almost closing time. They stayed late and worked an awesome deal for us! Lexi was great! She got my Yukon in and fixed under warranty. She communicated up front that it was going to be a couple of days. They offered rides to my home and a rental car while they were fixing the air conditioner on my yukon. Exceptional communication and work was done in a timely fashion.
I have probably purchase closed to 20-25 cars / trucks in my lifetime and this by far was the best and easiest experience I have ever had. Nate’s approach is an awesome consultative approach that really helped me understand the value and features / benefits of GMC. Specifically with the truck I was looking for the Sierra 1500. Was having transmission issues with my 2017 Suburban and took it to Tasca for service and a fix. I expected a multi thousand dollar repair but my regular service advisor Lenny thought it might just need flushing and fresh fluid. That was done and car was returned the next day with the understanding that we drive it for a couple of hundred miles to see if that was the issue. So far so good. Great service with Orges and Baird!
Lexi was on top of the whole process. She was very good at explaining extra things that needed to be done. She was knowledgeable. It didn’t seem like she was selling me something. Service was good. It was finished a bit earlier than expected.
They squeezed me in for a last-minute oil change, and got me out of there in about 25min… on a Friday! Thanks to Lexi, for being very attentive and expediting my service call.
