From start to finish, I was absolutely blown away by everyone I worked with, I would absolutely recommend getting your next vehicle here. From the first call, where I spoke with Baird, to finishing the paperwork Melonie, the process was smooth, truly the easiest car buying process I’ve ever had. While speaking with Baird, it was determined that Nate had already started on the quote, at which time Baird put me in touch with him. Nate was very helpful, answered any and all questions I had, including sending videos of the truck, as I live out of state. Melonie had to be the kindest person I’ve ever worked with to sign paperwork and finalize the sale, there was zero pressure for any add-ons, I felt like I was talking with a friend. The entire process felt like I hanging out with friends, and that means a lot, especially when you’re used to pushy salespeople who only care about their commission.
