I had an awesome customer experience with Brent today.
I had an awesome customer experience with Brent today. I was just leaving the dealership after an oil change, and as I pulled out of the lot, I accidentally ran over the curb of a loading dock on an adjacent business. This caused my vehicle to scrape the entire bottom of the vehicle as I drove over it. Brent noticed me checking my vehicle for damage and he offered to put it on a lift to see if there was any damage. He did a quick inspection of the vehicle, which luckily didn't have any major damage, and he even ran it through the car wash for me! Brent went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of! This will keep me coming back to Tasca Buick GMC Palm Harbor. Thanks Brent!

Our old GMC Safari van, that Tasca Buick GMC's service department had taken care of since 2020, was totaled during hurricane Helene. With everyone around our area scrambling to get replacement vehicles, I contacted Cary Sweet in Service, who referred me to John Bruno. Cary said John will take care of you, and boy, did John ever! From the first phone call, until driving off with our new 2024 GMC Terrain SLE, John poured his heart and soul into making sure my wife and I were satisfied with every little detail. Above and beyond does not accurately describe his professionalism, patience, and kindness. A truly gifted individual that Tasca should be proud having in their employ. Two other people that I would like to acknowledge are: Dean Nebbaki, Sales Manager, who helped John with starting our paperwork, and Melonie Wilkerson, Finance Manager, who assisted us with all our financial terms. Terrible.
Terrible. Took advantage of my 90 year old father and a 30+ year employee of GMC. They conveniently forgot his GMC discount but conveniently remembered to add a couple thousand in additional maintenance and warranty items. When called on the issue…they told him it was too late. Since the Norris family sold this dealership it has gone down hill. Our family had purchased at least 5 vehicles from them over the years.

Back in September 2025, I met Andy at Tasca in Palm Harbor. He was friendly, attentive, and gave me all the information I needed. He kept checking in with me - but not aggressively, and when I was finally ready to buy, he was ready as well. I had basically a custom order car that was on a boat and he kept in touch with the progress of the delivery. At the dealership, he kept the process going; friendly and helpful. Would definitely work with him again. This was my second time buying from Tasca, and the whole staff there is wonderful. Also enjoyed working with Melonie again, this time with her puppy Bandit. It's people like them that will keep me coming back again and again.

I brought my truck in to this GMC dealership for a
I brought my truck in to this GMC dealership for a recall—something that should have been completely free of charge. They gave me a loaner vehicle while the work was being done, which was part of the deal. Everything seemed fine until I returned the loaner. To my complete surprise, I was told I owed $1,500 because of a so-called "dent" in the back bumper. I was never shown any proof of when the damage supposedly occurred, and it felt like they were trying to pin something on me that I didn’t do. The vehicle was returned in the exact same condition I received it in, and no one walked through the car with me when I picked it up or dropped it off. This felt like a complete bait-and-switch- take in your vehicle for a recall, then get slapped with a ridiculous charge on the loaner. I’ve tried contacting management to dispute the claim, but the communication has been dismissive and unhelpful. I have paid the fee after numerous calls trying to get an understanding of the whole situation. This was extremely inconvenient, considering having other bills to pay. I was blindsided throughout this whole ordeal and feel played. I’ve lost all trust in this dealership and will never return. If you're considering using their services, especially for something that’s supposed to be “free,” proceed with extreme caution. They are not transparent, and they do not stand behind their own policies.

My buying experience at TASCA GMC of Palm Harbor was excellent and I received two pre-lease turn-in courtesy calls from Felicity and because she reached out, but wasn't my original TASCA GMC salesperson, I decided to give her my business and she did an amazing job from start to finish. I didn't intend on buying a new truck yet, but after discussing my lease purchase options and the dealer having one 2025 GMC 2500HD Duramax in Candyapple Red in stock, I was sold and they made the deal happen that I could not refuse.
